June Newsletter

Welcome to the June newsletter! We are just a wee bit early this month but it’s only because we are so excited to see you all at our Fundraising event this Sunday, that we just couldn’t wait. In the month of May our tremendous team of volunteers received $6443 worth of donations which, including our contributions, came to $7800 worth of goods donated, totaling an incredible 1509 delicious and nutritious, ready-to-eat meals for our neighbors experiencing hunger. Thank you so much for all your help and we hope to see you all on Sunday to celebrate your hard work and dedication to rescuing produce, reducing hunger, and reducing waste in Sussex County.

Our friend Julie from Clearinghouse for Clearing Houses has a few speaking engagements coming up about
What To Do With The Things You Decide To Let Go Of.
The next event is
Friday, June 21, 10:30-noon,
at Cool Springs Presbyterian Church,
28843 Log Cabin Road, Lewes, DE 19958.
